Executive Vice President, Appraisal Division/Commercial & Industrial
Barton Hyte is responsible for the leadership and oversight of Eaton Hudson’s Appraisal and Commercial & Industrial Divisions bringing over 40 years of hands on experience.
Barton has performed appraisals of over 2 billion dollars of corporate, and retail assets of national and international household name companies. Appraisals have been conducted of retail, wholesale and manufacturing companies for asset-based lenders, prospective loans, workouts and the updating of borrowing bases.
Additionally, he has conducted thousands of auctions of tangible business assets and real estate in all disciplines of the industry. Live and online auction services have been provided to leading national businesses throughout North America including large retail chains, food service & hospitality, health care, technology companies, corporate headquarters and manufacturing facilities.
Barton is currently the President of Worldwide Advisory Services, located in Boston, New York and Chicago performing field examinations for lending institutions, private equity firms, workout and restructuring firms and the asset-based lending community throughout North America and Europe.
Barton is a Life Member of the Ancient & Honorable Artillery Company of Massachusetts and is the current Vice Commander of The Centennial Legion of Historic Military Commands. He additionally serves as a member of the Marblehead Planning Board and was the former Chairman of the Outdoor Advertising Board for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In the past, he served as a member on both the Salem State University Board of Trustees and the Marian Court College Board of Trustees. He has also been a member of numerous non-profit boards and has diligently aided in fundraising efforts for nationally recognized charitable institutions.
